Booking Conditions

The contract is made between the guest and MZW Design Studio LLC, a company incorporated in the State of New York, DOS ID 6238199. The property is available for multiples of one week, with a changeover day of Saturday. Check-in time for arriving guests is 16:00 and check-out time for departing guests is 10:00 (cleaning and preparation takes 5-6 hours). Maximum occupancy is six persons. The guest agrees that the property will only be occupied overnight by the persons listed on the booking form.

Regardless of occupancy and includes cleaning four times a week. Daily cleaning can be arranged at no extra charge if requested at the time of booking. A deposit of €1,000 per week is required at the time of booking, the balance payable eight weeks before arrival.

The Wheatfield House doesn’t charge for accidental damage to daily use items (tableware, kitchen utensils, towels, bedlinens etc.). But you agree to report any damage so that we can fix/replace for subsequent guests.

The finishes of the interior floors, bathrooms and the pool deck are MicroCement, a material offering chic and seamless aesthetics. It is unfortunately very vulnerable to oil, rust, acid, and color stains, and very difficult to repair. You agree NOT to use HAIR COLOR and NAIL POLISH inside and around the house.

Cancellation

The following cancellation charges apply:

  • more than 42 days before arrival – deposit only
  • 41-28 days before arrival – 30% of total cost
  • 27-14 days before arrival – 60% of total cost
  • less than 14 days before arrival – 90% of total cost
